Marc Moulin (1942 - 2008) był belgijskim muzykiem i dziennikarzem. Na początku lat siedemdziesiątych był liderem grupy Jazz-Rock Placebo . Moulin był jedną z belgijskich legend jazzowych, nagrywając inspirowane jazzem płyty od ponad 30 lat.
