Niestety są na świecie "znawcy / fani" rocka, którzy mówią, że Sabbath to "Paranoid" ze Pink Floyd to "Dark Side...", że metal to Metallica. No niestety tak jest i nic na to nie poradzimy. Przez takie gadanie i stacje typu "Antyradio" w ten sposób powstają kolejni fani tego typu, myślący, że dyskografie zespołów to jeden album i jakieś 3 dodatkowe single, chociaż myślę, że to się trochę powoli zmienia i magazyny, stacje radiowe tego typu stają się czymś w rodzaju mema i to mnie cieszy. No, to "pociski" mamy za sobą, więc wracamy do sedna, czyli do nowego mega box Black Sabbath i tytuł "Vol. 4". Zasada podobna co w przypadku "Paranoid", mamy tutaj niepublikowane nagrania, koncerty z epoki oraz specjalny mix wykonany z analogowych taśm przez samego Stevena Wilsona, natomiast mixem "koncertów" zajął się Richard Digby Smith, który również otrzymał do dyspozycji taśmy analogowe. Teraz dla niewtajemniczonych, jaka muza jest zawarta na tym albumie? Hmmm, wyobraźcie sobie świetny zespół, nagrywający świetny album, ale zamiast jedzenia podaje im się kokainę oraz inne środki. Vol. 4 to mega "przećpany" album, który prawdopodobnie gdyby nie narkotykowy flow nigdy nie brzmiałby tak jak brzmi, zresztą mega hit z tego albumu to "Snowblind" - zaślepiony śniegiem... tak, dokładnie o to chodzi. Osobiście stawiam "Vol. 4" obok "Master Of Reality", czyli moim zdaniem najlepszego albumu BS. Wspominany "Paranoid" jest świetny, ale też mocno przegadany. Wole klimat 4 i tyle. Mam również nadzieję, że Mr. Tonny Iommi wraz ze sztabem ludzi pokusi się o wznowienia "Born Again" z Gillanem czy np. "Hedless Cross" z ery Martina. Sabbath z Ozzym jest genialny, ale bez niego stworzyli równie piękne i kultowe albumy.
